The house is accessed by a large entrance facing Montalcino’s ancient ‘Corso’ The town’s old main street.
The ground floor has a large cantina (currently used as a studio) with separate entrance easily converted into a large and lovely reception area. The first floor of the building consists of a long entrance hall and Travertine steps lead to the large sitting room and formal dining room with fireplace accesses the lovely private garden and a beautiful patio to relax or dine.
A large eat-in kitchen with bay window looking out to the patio and another fireplace, 1 mini-suite w/ bath, 1 double bedroom w/bath and a balcony that faces Montalcino’s Piazza del Popolo.
