This Yorkville condominium development is in the preconstruction phase. Builders Diamante Development Corp have already completed several luxury condominiums in the immediate area, including one next door to the site. Occupancy for 100 Davenport condo is scheduled for 2021.
The project proposal calls for a unique glass-and-stone building, housing 53 units, spread over 39 floors. The tower will be grounded by a 3-storey podium, which will house retail and commercial space, the condominium lobby, amenity space and an outdoor terrace for residents. Underground parking will house 114 vehicle spaces and 61 bike storage spaces.
