Encore District Condos is located in the heart of the Entertainment District, Conceptualized by Quadrangle Architects, the first 23 floors of this project will be dedicated to a new hotel. The second and third floors will have hotel amenities, including an outdoor pool on the third floor that will be open to residential use. The hotel’s mechanical necessities will be located on the 23rd floor of the building.
The remaining floors will be allotted for permanent residential use. All of these floors will have an identical layout comprising of 9 units per floor. In total, this will consist of 25 one-bedroom units, 5 one plus den units, 125 two-bedroom units, and 25 three-bedroom units. These units will range in size from 531square feet to 878 square feet.
