Malvern Town Centre is a master-planned community proposed by Davpart in Scarborough. The project will add significant housing, retail and public space to help animate and add density to the growing Scarborough region.
Malvern Town Centre will transform a small suburban mall into a community of 15 towers and over 5,700 residential units across 10 phases. The project will take over approximately 11 hectares of land, bordered by McLevin Avenue and McLevin Woods Park to the north, Neilson Road to the east, Tapscott Road to the south, and a private road to the west.
