The project will stand 34-storeys tall and include a one-of-a-kind podium that steps down from 15 to 9-storeys to the east, then steps down to 4-storeys, and finally to 2-storeys. Here, the building will connect to a heritage building whose facade will be incorporated into the new structure, masterfully marrying the old and the new.
