*Charming longère-style house 10 minutes from the beaches*
Welcome to this charming longère built house, which is only ten minutes from the beaches. Nicely ensconced between Varengeville sur Mer and Veules les Roses – this is where you will want to spend your days, going to the beaches, enjoying the valley of the Dun, or going more inland and me a part of the Pays de Caux.
The houses leaves nothing to wish for : large lounge with woodburner, nicely equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Up on the first floor a nice showerroom and three more bedrooms. The outbuilding provides for horse-stables, but can easily be converted to another (guest-)house. The grounds around are split between a garden and enclosed horse patch.
A village of farming and tourism situated in the Pays de Caux, at the junction of the D75, D68 and the D237 roads, some 13 miles (21 km) southwest of Dieppe. Here, huge chalk cliffs overlook a pebble beach and the English Channel.
