The Ground Floor
Entry and Great Room
Once inside the main house, the full grandeur greets you with intricately worked wrought-iron double staircases which sweep up either side of the great room to the second floor. The two storey ceiling rises to a majestic height giving a feeling of space and coolness. An ornate chandelier, with motorized lift mechanism, adds to the sumptuous feeling of the grand foyer and great room.
A Thyssen Krupp elevator, towards the rear of the great room and running through the central core of the home, has been included for added convenience.
Crema Marfil marble flooring adds to the elegance, while tinted hurricane-rated and UV protected, low-e windows by MQ, situated throughout the property, keep the house cool while retaining the spectacular views.
Kitchen
The ground floor flows through tall arches to a state-of-the-art kitchen that any aspiring chef or professional caterer would appreciate. A single, oversized slab of swirling black granite sets off the central, nearly 11 foot island.
Numerous amenities selected for the purpose of catering large parties include four dish washer drawers; two Sub-Zero freezer drawers, two fridge drawers, warming drawers and disposal systems. An unusual yet functional prep sink spans the short side of the island and also doubles as the ideal location for storing wine on ice when entertaining.
The Wolf, gas burning, six-ring range sits slotted into a recess along the wall and is decorated with an attractive, hand painted, French design mural. A cold room/chiller makes clever use of one corner of the kitchen.
Just off the kitchen is a large laundry-utility room filled with energy-saving, propane powered appliances by Whirlpool
Family Room
At the very heart of the home, a relaxing family room, with flat screen television, lies just beyond the kitchen. 8ft tall glass doors with transoms line the east facing wall of this room and all the ground floor rooms to the rear of the home. The floor-to-ceiling glass provides expansive views of the outdoor patio and pool area, and flood the home with warm sunshine.
Formal Dining Room
Also situated adjacent to the kitchen is the stylish formal dining room, resplendent with ornate table and chairs, set under another decorative chandelier. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors and transoms provide yet another beautiful view of the pool, back garden, waters beyond.
Bar
Continuing along the ground floor and following the architechural theme of oversized, arched doorways, an enormous sports bar sets the tone for any successful party. The sleekly curved bar, surrounded by high end, adjustable bar stools, is equipped with a wine cooler, beverage fridge, ice machine, dish washers and much more. Study
The home’s study sits just off one of the main staircases towards the front of the main house. The built-in cabinetry is equipped with touch sensor lighting that illuminates when the cabinets are touched.
Second Floor
Moving up either staircase to the 2nd floor are four large bedrooms, each anchoring a corner of the main house and situated around a central entertainment area, which can be used for multiple interests and currently serves as the ultimate pool room. Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, flat-screen television and ample storage space.
A large 2nd floor patio, with access from the central entertainment area and two of the bedrooms, once again, designed for indoor-outdoor living, carries the party outside and has stunning views of the North Sound. Lovely coral stone floor tiles line this patio adding a Caribbean touch.
Third Floor – Master Suite
A further staircase or elevator takes you up to the beautifully finished master bedroom suite. Illustrious hard wood by Carlisle Wide Plank Flooring lines the floors of this third floor master, complete with its own spacious sitting room looking out to the 3rd floor West facing patio. Picture yourself sitting out, enjoying the sunset.
From the master bedroom itself, is yet another patio to the East, which offers a breathtaking view of the North Sound. Wake each day to the morning sun. This home is perhaps the only, single family house in Grand Cayman with views of both the North Sound and Seven Mile beach.

At one end of the back deck, is a fabulously-equipped out-door kitchen with marine grade stainless steel appliances, where you can serve up an alfresco lunch or prepare a delicious evening meal, all set under an enormous covered patio that enjoys cool ocean breezes almost all year round.
The superbly designed pool area is the perfect place to cool off, either in the water or relaxing under the shaded gazebo. This organic shaped 57x20 ft, saline pool is fitted with 14 LED lights to create a glowing, magical setting in the evenings. The pool is also equipped with an automatic vacuum cleaning system which keeps it constantly clean.
The home’s position on the edge of the North Sound means it is perfect for those who love water sports and fishing. From here you can set off for the waters of North Sound to spend a quiet afternoon leisurely diving or fishing in the beautiful blue waters.
The house also provides an outdoor divers’ rinse area and basement fish tackle room for storage of dive equipment, fishing gear and other water toys which is accessible from the back garden.
The 80 foot dock and additional modular floating docks for launching jet skis and kayaks, add to the convenience of enjoying all that living the Caribbean has to offer. After a day on the water deep sea fishing, the dock has a built-in area for cleaning the day’s catch.
The grounds have been expertly landscaped with specially engineered French drains that ensure proper water shed, and separate garden areas for fruit trees, green house and most importantly, privacy.
