  • Kenisha began her real estate career in 2005 as an Entrepreneur, managing a Commercial & Residential portfolio for a private investment firm. She later transitioned solely to Commercial Brokerage as a Tenant Rep with UGL-Equis. During the 5-years she was with the firm, she became a tenacious negotiator for end-users of space. With an undergrad degree in Biochemistry and Spanish, she is known to research the market, analyze the legal documents, and strategize to determine the most feasible solutions for her clients. She completed her Master's Degree in Real Estate Development, then joined an Atlanta-based Development firm, to manage their luxury high-rise commercial projects in Midtown and Buckhead. Her real estate acumen and work ethic set her apart, and she advanced to Corporate America, to the Real Estate Division at Walmart Headquarters. There she had numerous responsibilities, a few included Lease Negotiation, Excess Land sells and Developing New Stores within her portfolio of over 44 million square feet. In March of 2017, with a full arsenal of real estate skills and experience, Kenisha returned to full time brokerage and joined the RE/MAX Platinum Access Commercial team in Atlanta. She is a CCIM, a member of the Georgia CCIM chapter and will be the Chapter’s 2019 CCIM University Outreach & Scholarship Committee Chair. She participates in: the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®, NAHREP and the Empire Board of Realist. Kenisha has a servants heart and she consistently goes above and beyond for her clients. She makes it her mission to educate her clients throughout the entire process, of every real estate transaction. She serves her community and over 10% of her commissions are donated to local charities; she even sponsors a child to attend a great school, away from the poverty and turmoil, in Ciudad Sandino, Nicaragua.
