Our Bradley on the Bay condo unit 322E is located at 3701 Coastal Highway in Ocean City Maryland. We are on the third floor and overlook a gorgeous swimming pool and are 80 yards from the bay. Our condo currently was updated with fresh white paint throughout, new televisions including a 46 inch wall mounted Samsung and two 22 inch flat screes T.V's in each bedroom. Also, installed are new vinyl wood type flooring to match. Bradley on the Bay offers each owner two parking spots, boat ramp access, access to one boat slip, access to one jet ski tie up and a storage area for your kayak or canoe. We are conveniently located next to the Convention Center on 37th street. Condo fees are 285 a month and include everything mentioned above, along with a full time year round property manager located on the first floor near our condo unit along with night time security during the summer months. Our unit rents very well in the summer months and has incredible sunsets and gorgeous views from the deck and docks.
