As per the urban planning forecasts already approved by the Municipality of Riccione, the renovation of the property may include, as an alternative to pure hotel use, also the so-called "Condo-Hotel" function, with the valorisation of a portion of the surface area (approximately 40%) for the construction of residential units to be used for free sale (not first homes), as well as an increase in the surface area of a further 380 m2 to be used for services such as a wellness area.
