The Space
The inspiration for this studio was drawn from the vintage pieces that decorate the newly painted walls. We mixed the new with the old, showcasing our companies culture with a guitar on the wall and our turquoise Novo dot. The two large windows flood the space with natural light that illuminate the beautiful oak hardwood floors. The bar/kitchen table was designed and created by our in-house interior designer Etgar Kadosh.
The Building
Elevator Building, Live in Super and Laundry.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped with all of the essentials: Cups, mugs, pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cutting board, utensils, coffee machine, tea pot, wine glasses, dish soap and sponge.
The Bathroom
Fresh towels and toilet paper are provided. There is a shower and bathtub.
Location
Steps away from Union Square and many dining and shopping options. There are supermarket options such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes. New York City’s famous Pommes Frites and Artichoke Basille’s Pizza are right next door. If you are staying during nice weather make sure you stop by the Farmer’s Market that takes place in Union Square Park.
Nearest Subway
he subway’s are easily accessible on Union Square East and E 14th. You will find the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q and R. The L is also located on E 14th between 3rd and 2nd ave.
Utilities
Electricity, heat, hot water, gas, air conditioner, cable package, and wireless internet are offered at a capped rate of $300 a month. Long term tenants may take care of them on their own.
