The high school sweethearts were looking for a home that offered the serenity of nature while still being within walking distance of a vibrant downtown.They found that?and more at this luxury home on the border of Barrie and Oro Medonte.Not quite city yet not quite country, the private house quickly became a regular gathering spot for friends, and family and neighbours and a welcoming spot for the couple to indulge their love of music, and art?or to enjoy the simple pleasure of watching life unfold from the comfort of their own space. With it?s spacious living area, 3 bedrooms and quartz counter kitchen, the home provided the warmth and versatility for all occasions?complimented by in wall speakers, hardwood floors and pot lighting throughout.And as Matt and Tanja prepare to move on, there will of course be things that they miss.The welcoming neighbourhood. The walks downtown along the Old rail trail.And they will miss seeing the Trees blooming each Spring in their yard. One last season to watch the forest blossom.
