The lower block consists of 2 levels, and 8 private suits. Each of these rooms has a private ocean view balcony, with stunning vistas. The lower elevation changes the view considerably, and tropical birds, monkeys, and other exotic species often visit these rooms. Restaurant
The full service gourmet restaurant is a favourite of guests and locals. The facility is fully equipped and very well maintained. Everything from romantic meals for two, to full service meals and buffets for one hundred and fifty people are easily accommodated in this facility. The seating is covered, open air and is positioned with ideal, breath-taking ocean views. Sunsets at the restaurant and bar are extremely popular, and likely become a topic of discussion for years after a guest has experienced it.
Bar/Lounge
Located on the south east side of the pool deck, the bar and lounge are perfectly positioned to take advantage of the amazing pool, huge ocean views, and indescribable sunsets. This lounge is a popular attraction for hotel guests, locals, and travelers. These views simply cannot be beat, and the well-equipped and newly renovated bar is the perfect place to take it all in. A combination of exotic hard woods, granite, steel, and stone create a thrilling and memorable backdrop as guests loose themselves in the wonders of Costa Rica. Toucans, parrots, and tropical birds are always present to entertain our lucky patrons. The local celebrity is Jamey, the resident sloth and her babies. She is likely the most photographed sloth in the area.
Pool
In late 2015, the owners spent a considerable amount of money to create re-imagined, multi-level infinity pool. This pool includes a safe area for children, and a stunning deeper section for adults. Each level includes new bench areas, waterfalls, LED lighting, and an amazing water feature. Popular with every one, this pool can be described as both romantic and exciting. There is likely not another pool like this anywhere in the area, and it has to be seen. Even the pool has amazing, unforgettable ocean views.
Operations
The hotel, restaurant and bar each operate successfully and independently. The owners have taken a great deal of care to ensure that visitors and locals support the operations. This property even does quite well in the ‘green season, or low season’. This property is also extremely popular for weddings, corporate functions, private parties, live music, and other events. The Hotel was re-branded in 2015 by the current owner, and the success of the previous brand was amplified by his endeavor. The owner, who is well invested in Costa Rica, has decided that he and his family wish to focus more on their charitable and faith-based projects, and therefore this amazing property is available to the right entrepreneur or hotel operator at a great price.

Activities
The hotel has partnerships, relationships with several local tour operators and excursions. A sample of activities than can be booked at the hotel include: Horse back riding, whale watching, dolphin watching, snorkling, scuba diving, zip lining, waterfalls, ATV tours, surf lessons, and so much more. Each tour pays a commission to the hotel.
