The balcony railings will be of chrome or aluminium, with glass, as in the show villa
PVC Winsa brand outside doors and windows with dual opening functions and double glazing are to be installed. The windows will have roller mosquito screens and the doors sliding mosquito screens; the living room and large bedroom will have fully opening sliding doors
The front and back facades of the ground floors of the villas will be clad with natural stone
The outside walls will be painted with top quality Polisan Ekselans brand silicone- based paint which carries the (TSE) Turkish Standards Institution certification.
All villas will have outside wall cladding
